FEE RULES

1.    All the fees charged for twelve months, payable monthly.

2.    Fee timings: 1st to 12th of each month during office hours.
In case of unexpected holidays, the last day of submission of fees will be extended by the numbers of holidays falling on or before the 15th of the month. You can also pay your ward’s fee in advance (Quarter / half year / yearly).

3.    School charges two months (Jan. & Feb.) fee in the month of January, which is compulsory to deposit.

4.    Late fee will be accepted till 20th of each month along with a fine of Rs. 5/- per day. Thereafter the name of the defaulter will be struck off the rolls without any notice and the students will be re-admitted on remission of re-admission charges after clearing all ending dues and fines. Penalty on dishonored cheques will be levied as per bank rules.

5.    Parents who wish to withdraw their ward from the school in the month of May will require paying the fees for the summer vacations also.

6.    Parents are advised to claim caution money within one month of their wards withdrawal from the school or else forfeit their claim.

7.    Annual charges once paid will not be returned.
Students whose dues are not cleared by 15th February will not be allowed to appear in the Annual Examination.
